Biography
Bill Kleinman focuses on strategic M&A, private equity, securities, corporate and technology law. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs and divestitures, roll-ups, strategic alliances and collaborative transactions, corporate governance, capital formation (equity and debt), and technology/commercial contracting. His focus on finding reasonable solutions to gating issues gets deals done. Bill is also a member of the ABA's Task Force on Legal Project Management. He assists general counsel and corporations that have robust legal needs by coordinating service delivery, project management and budgeting across all sections of the firm.
