The London office of Haynes Boone is fully committed to providing high-quality training and support to our trainees. We will provide four seats of training in the contentious group and the non-contentious group. Trainees in those seats will work with different teams across the range of the firm’s practice areas within the relevant group during each seat. Practical training will be given with plenty of support and feedback. Applications for the 2028 Training Contract will open on 19 February 2026.
We are introducing a Summer Vacation Scheme which will take place from 1 - 26 June 2026. There will be 8 spaces and each candidate will obtain experience in two practice groups.
Our 2028 trainees will be selected from this vacation scheme.

What we are looking for:
- A strong and consistent academic record and to be on track for, or have obtained, a 2:1 degree minimum
- Take on responsibility, have commercial awareness, commitment, energy and spark
- A sense of community and enthusiasm to participate
