Biography
Lisa Vasek is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Houston office. Her practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate governance.
Prior to joining Haynes Boone, Lisa earned her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia. In addition to corporate practice, Lisa is passionate about adoption and guardianship pro bono work.
