Biography

Rachel Hass Reinus is a partner in the Investment Management Practice of Haynes Boone’s Orange County office.

She has significant experience in-house and in private practice representing both private fund sponsors in the formation and ongoing operation of private investment funds, as well as family offices and institutional investors in the evaluation and negotiation of investments into private investment funds.
