Jeffrey Morton, Ph.D., is a partner in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Orange County office.

His practice focuses on the life sciences industry, where he primarily spends time working for innovative companies on patent strategy and prosecution. Jeff has patent experience in technologies including genomics, immunology, and gene editing technologies, and advises on complex freedom-to-operate life sciences issues.
