Dani Leon Osorio is an associate in the Finance Practice Group in the Dallas office of Haynes Boone. She focuses her practice on subscription finance and other commercial financial transactions. She represents foreign and domestic lenders and borrowers in structuring, documenting, and negotiating various commercial and corporate financial transactions.
