Biography
Presley Klinger is an Associate in the Real Estate Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s New York office.
Her practice focuses on representing business entities and financial institutions in an array of commercial and corporate finance transactions. She represents owners and lenders in connection with financing, acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial and corporate real estate projects. She also represents borrowers and lenders across a diverse spectrum of credit facilities including real estate secured facilities, senior debt financing, asset-based lending, and mezzanine finance.
