Biography

Natalie Georgiou is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in Haynes Boone's London office.

Natalie has extensive experience advising across a broad range of corporate transactions, including private company mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, private equity transactions, joint venture and shareholder structures and arrangements, as well as providing a full range of corporate legal advice across a variety of sectors.

Natalie’s experience includes acting for companies, entrepreneurs, private equity investors and management teams on a broad range of corporate transactions.

  • Acted on the sale of certain interests in Little Houses Group to Blackstone.
  • Acted for the shareholders on the management buy-out of the Centre of Economics and Business Research, an economics consultancy business.
  • Acted on the investment of White Cube, a global leading contemporary art gallery.
  • Acted for the purchaser on several separate acquisitions of English companies in the environmental and/or construction sector.
  • Acted on a number of acquisitions in the medical cannabis sector.
  • Advised M&C Saatchi Talk in respect of new shareholder arrangements and articles of association.
  • Advised The Hut Group in respect of an acquisition of a luxury beauty brand.
  • Acquisition of a higher education provider by an international developer and operator of education services in Europe.
  • Advised on the sale of a specialist supplier of design recruitment services to the automotive industry, on its sale to a France-headquartered global engineering group
  • Acted on the sale of controlling stake in global brand, Peppa Pig by Ashley Baker Davies to Entertainment One.
  • Advised on a series of acquisitions by FedEx of all of its franchisee companies across the UK, and subsequent hive-ups.
  • Acted on the sale of Kee Safety, a global supplier of safety solutions and products by Dunedin LLP and LDC to investment firm, Investcorp.
  • Acted on the sale of Phlexglobal, a specialist provider of technology-enabled document management solutions and other support services to the global clinical research market, to Bridgepoint Development Capital.
  • Acted on the sale of Steeper Holdings' high-tech upper limb prosthetic business, BeBionic to German trade buyer, Ottobock
