Biography

Cristina Addy is a counsel in the Real Estate Practice Group of Haynes and Boone’s New York office.

Her practice focuses on all aspects of commercial leasing for both tenants and landlords of retail, office, and industrial properties throughout the United States. Cristina works to tailor each lease towards the client’s specific business needs and goals. Her solution-driven approach considers both parties’ perspectives to resolve issues efficiently and to effectively complete each transaction.

Cristina has substantial experience representing both corporate and private equity clients relating to real estate matters in connection with investments, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Prior to focusing on leasing, Cristina represented clients in a broad array of real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financing transactions.

Cristina is the author of the “legal corner” in the National Retail Tenant’s Association’s quarterly publication and is a previous speaker at the ICSC Law Conference.
