Tatum is an associate in the Finance Practice Group in the Houston office of Haynes Boone. Tatum represents borrowers and lenders in a variety of commercial and corporate finance transactions. Her practice focuses on assisting clients with syndicated credit facilities, NAV credit facilities, subscription secured finance transactions, hybrid facilities, management lines of credit, and other types of secured and unsecured financings.
