Haynes Boone Houston Partner Brent Shultz led a team representing a national bank as administrative agent and swing line lender in connection with a $3 billion credit facility to Devon Energy Corp.
Devon is a leading oil and gas producer in the U.S. with a multi-basin portfolio headlined by a world-class acreage position in the Delaware Basin.
Shultz represents banks, financial institutions, investment funds and borrowers in a wide range of complex financing transactions. He has successfully negotiated and closed billions of dollars of complex debt financings for his clients.
