Darby Sorrels is an associate in the Energy, Power and Natural Resources Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Houston office.
Her practice focuses on a broad variety of energy-related transactions, including crude oil, natural gas, and renewable energy. Darby handles energy finance matters, the acquisition and disposition of oil and gas properties, and the negotiation of complex commercial agreements.
