Haynes Boone Counsels GOM 1 Holdings Inc. in Purchase of Offshore Gulf of Mexico Oil and Gas Assets

In a recently closed transaction, Haynes Boone represented GOM 1 Holdings Inc., an affiliate of O.G. Oil & Gas Limited, in its agreement to purchase non-operated interests in certain deepwater Gulf of Mexico oil and gas fields from affiliates of Beacon Offshore Energy LLC.

The non-operated interests, including Beacon’s interest in the Buckskin producing field, the Leon development, the Castile development, the Salamanca FPS/lateral infrastructure and the Sicily discovery, are located in the Buckskin, Castile, Leon and Sicily leases in the Gulf of Mexico. They were acquired by GOM 1 Holdings Inc. through the purchase and sale of membership interest, working interest and overriding royalty interest.
