Erich Schoeffler
Biography
Erich Schoeffler is an associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Houston office. His practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.
Prior to his legal career, Erich proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. He is a combat veteran, having been deployed to multiple combat zones in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.
Erich also coached basketball at both the collegiate and high school levels and taught high school social studies.
