Jennifer Lan
Jennifer Lan is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s New York office. Jennifer’s practice includes representing owners and lenders in connection with financing, acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial and corporate real estate projects. She also represents borrowers and lenders across a diverse spectrum of credit facilities.
Prior to law school, Jennifer practiced as a licensed Professional Engineer focusing on real estate projects in New York and California.
