George Hinchey
Biography
George Hinchey has extensive experience assisting clients with a broad range of real estate matters. He represents both private and institutional parties with the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing and development of various commercial properties, with particular emphasis on pad site retail space, commercial retail centers, industrial space and office buildings.
In addition to the above real estate focus, George assists businesses with their day-to-day operating needs and has extensive experience in the family office space. To that end, his experience rests in negotiating joint ventures and other private investment vehicles and handling a variety of corporate governance matters for private parties.
