Lindsey Doncost

Lindsey Doncost is an attorney in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Orange County office and focuses her practice on international and domestic patent prosecution. She has worked with companies at various stages of growth, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Lindsey’s experience also includes managing portfolios and providing strategic client counseling, such as advising start-ups in IP due diligence and working with investments firms to achieve multimillion funding events for clients.

Lindsey also has experience in a wide range of technologies, which include, but are not limited to, mechanical devices, medical devices, maritime systems, materials science, artificial intelligence (AI), optics, imaging systems, semiconductors, superconductors, wireless communications, aviation systems, biotechnology, therapeutics, and chemical compositions.

Lindsey has a physics degree from the University of California – Davis. While attending Davis, she was involved in the quality assurance of medical devices used for radiology and oncology, such as LINACs, MRIs, CTs, and gamma knives.
