Biography
Gage Beekman is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group in Haynes Boone's Dallas office.
Gage’s practice focuses on commercial real estate finance. He represents lenders in connection with the origination, modification, and securitization of commercial mortgage loans within commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), collateralized loan obligations (CLO), and similar structured finance programs. He has represented special servicers and collateral agents in relation to defaulted or troubled loan workouts, maturity default resolution, collateral foreclosure, and the sale of real estate-owned (REO) property.
Gage also has experience representing business professionals and institutional clients in connection with corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A), tax and finance matters, and commercial real estate purchases, sales, development, and leasing.
Prior to joining Haynes Boone, Gage was an associate attorney at a boutique law firm in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and most recently at Holland & Knight LLP.
