Alethea is an associate in the Finance Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s London office. Her practice focuses on representing financial institutions and borrowers in a broad range of financial transactions, including leveraged financings, bilateral and syndicated financings, acquisition financings, subscription line and NAV facilities, and other secured and unsecured lending arrangements.
