Jody Anderson
Biography
Jody is a trainee solicitor in Haynes Boone’s London office.
She is currently in her third seat in the Energy Transactions team, assisting on a wide range of matters in the maritime and project finance space. Prior to her current seat, Jody completed seats in the firm’s Finance and Dispute Resolution practices. In Finance she worked on a variety of transactions primarily in relation to fund finance, with a particular focus on bilateral and syndicated capital call facilities. In Disputes, she assisted with a range of contentious matters, including various technically complex international arbitrations (under LCIA and ICC Rules).
