Zainab Al-Qaimi

Zainab Al-Qaimi is a trainee solicitor in Haynes Boone’s London office.

She is currently in her third seat in the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice, assisting on a range of contentious matters. Prior to joining the Dispute Resolution team, she completed seats in the firm’s Investment Management, Finance and Corporate practice areas. While in Investment Management, she supported on the launch of various open and closed-ended funds as well as advising on investments into portfolio companies. In Finance, she primarily assisted on matters related to fund finance, particularly subscription facilities and net asset value financings. While in the Corporate team, Zainab worked on a range of transactions, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, acting both buyer and seller side
