The Thurgood Marshall School of Law Alumni Board selected Haynes Boone Partner Victor Vital as an esteemed 2024 Legacy Ball Honoree. Vital was recognized for his unwavering commitment to the law school and his significant contributions toward diversifying the legal profession.
The event at Hotel ZaZa in Houston’s historic Museum District celebrated art, culture, storytelling and music and brought together the school’s alumni, the greater Houston community and benefactors to raise funds for student scholarships.
“I am incredibly grateful to be recognized by my alma mater as a Legacy Ball Honoree,” said Vital. “Thurgood Marshall made waves for civil rights in this country, and to be connected to his name in any way is an honor. I am proud to continue the mission of TMSL in working toward a more diverse legal community.”
