Legal 500 Ranks 10 Haynes Boone Practices in 2024 Legal Directory

Haynes Boone earned high marks in The Legal 500 U.S. 2024 directory, including a hall of fame inductee, dozens of ranked or recommended lawyers and 10 noted practice groups.

The directory, now in its 37th year, analyzes the capabilities of law firms and lawyers in various markets, based on surveys of more than 300,000 buyers of legal services. The Legal 500 is an independent guide; firms and individuals are recommended purely on merit.

Among the firm’s most notable accolades this year is Partner David McCombs achieving Hall of Fame status for Patents: Prosecution (Including Re-Examination and Post-Grant Proceedings), which Legal 500 defines as lawyers who are “at the very top of the profession." Brian Sung (Finance) was also named a Next Generation Partner, while David Ammons (Energy) and Daniel Geyser (Appellate/Supreme Court) were deemed Leading Partners and Michael Stoner and Emily Buchanan earned Leading Associate status.
