Law360 has selected Haynes Boone Partners Deb Coldwell, Micah Skidmore and Isaac Neill to serve on editorial boards that will shape coverage for the publication in 2023.
Law360 editorial boards consist of eight to 12 members selected through a competitive nomination process. The boards offer perspective on trends and topics in their respective sectors and offer feedback about how Law360 can improve its coverage.
A Dallas-based litigation partner, Deb will serve on Law360’s Hospitality Editorial Board. She represents franchisors, distributors, joint ventures, limited liability companies, partnerships, and the individuals who run those companies in jury trials, bench trials and arbitrations. She has litigated across several industries – from hotels and restaurants to health clubs and tax preparation services to product and service-based franchise and distribution networks. Among other honors, Deb has ranked Band 1 nationwide (the highest tier) in Franchise Law in Chambers USA (Chambers & Partners) from 2009-2022.
Dallas Partner Micah Skidmore, a member of the firm’s Litigation and Insurance Recovery Practices, has been appointed to Law360’s Insurance Authority Property editorial board. Micah represents policyholders in significant insurance coverage disputes involving a variety of claims from commercial general liability, directors and officers liability, employment practices liability, and errors and omissions liability to first-party property claims, trade credit, and crime and fidelity claims
A partner in the Finance Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Charlotte office, Isaac has been appointed to Law360’s North Carolina Editorial Board. He represents bank and direct lenders, arrangers, underwriters and agents in structuring and documenting senior lending and other finance transactions. Isaac’s debt finance practice spans across a wide variety of industries, with an emphasis on leveraged cash flow and asset based, club and syndicated middle market financings.
