Haynes and Boone Represents ComplianceEase in Acquisition by TechEssential

A Haynes Boone team represented ComplianceEase, the mortgage industry’s largest provider of compliance software for mortgage originators, in the sale of a majority of its equity interest to TechEssential, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of SitusAMC Holdings Corporation.

The transaction closed Sept. 11, 2020.

Orange County Partner Megan Gess led the Haynes Boone team representing ComplianceEase. The deal team included Partners Simin Sun, Tamara Devitt, Jennifer Wisinski. Roger Royse and David R.
