17 Haynes Boone Partners Ranked Among World’s Top Patent Lawyers by IAM Patent 1000

Haynes and Boone, LLP’s patent practice has again ranked among the nation’s best. The 2024 edition of the Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) Patent 1000 legal directory ranked 17 firm partners from California, Colorado, Illinois, Texas and Washington, D.C.

Haynes Boone received special recognition in California, Illinois, and Texas. “Dynamic and client focused in its approach, the thriving Haynes Boone has demonstrated remarkable growth, successfully filing more than 20,000 patent applications in the past five years and significantly expanding its footprint in the global IP landscape,” IAM researchers said.

The following partners were ranked among the top lawyers in patent prosecution, litigation and transactions: Randall Brown, Tom Chen, Randall Colson, Russ Emerson, Eugene Goryunov, Alan Herda, Lee Johnston, Charlene Liu, David McCombs, Greg Michelson, Jeffrey MortonDavid O’Brien, David O’Dell, Ken Parker, Vincent Shier, Mark Tidwell and Jeffrey Wolfson.

The IAM Patent 1000 shines a spotlight on firms and individuals deemed outstanding in the patent practice. IAM interviewed more than 1,800 patent lawyers and in-house counsel over a five-month period to determine which firms and lawyers to include in the directory.

National:

The firm ranked nationally in both Prosecution and Post-Grant Proceedings. Additionally, David McCombs was ranked nationally in Post-Grant Proceedings.

Texas:
