  • Represented Fortune 500 manufacturing company in an operations-wide PFAS risk management assessment and plan, including product, insurance, regulatory, reporting and environmental cleanup litigation risk.
  • Served as lead counsel on a “forever chemical” case about releases of alleged PCBs from Energy Transfer’s pipeline in New Mexico.
  • Advised major manufacturing company on PFAS risks associated with various disposal options for by products of its manufacturing process.
  • Represented a public municipality in mediation and then ADR over alleged PFAs contamination claims threatened by individual landowners and neighboring municipalities. The engagement resulting in a favorable settlement.
  • Represented manufacturing client in addressing PFAS testing orders from state agency.
  • Represented privately-held manufacturer of PFAS in the sale of the company,
  • Assisted trial team for a major chemical company facing exposure for alleged PFAs contamination.
