Our client terminated services to defendant as a result of nonpayment by the company, per the terms outlined in its contract with our client. In a trial in Harris County District Court in July 2021, our client was awarded actual damages of $71,962, attorney fees of more than $250,000, prejudgment interest, and contingent appellate fees of $375,000.
