Biography
Brendon Vetter is an associate in the Finance Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s New York office.
Brendon works with various financial institutions such as banks, insurance companies and asset managers on complex structured financing transactions, including collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), collateralized fund obligations (CFOs), secured credit facilities, receivables purchase facilities, consumer and student loan facilities, rated note feeders, and whole business securitizations. Brendon also represents lead arrangers, lenders and borrowers in syndicated term loan and revolving facilities, subscription lines, and warehouse lending facilities.
