Biography

Caylee Phillips is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Dallas office. Caylee’s practice focuses on a range of trademark, copyright, and patent matters. 

She has experience in both foreign and domestic trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement, as well as preparing and prosecuting U.S., Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT), and foreign utility patent applications. Her practice also includes preparing and prosecuting design patent applications and general IP counseling. Caylee has particular expertise with innovations in chemical technology, and counsels clients across numerous industries, including fashion and beauty, biotechnology, computer hardware and software, artificial intelligence and deep learning, and medical devices. 

During her time at Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, Caylee served as Managing Editor of the SMU Science and Technology Law Review Association and worked in the SMU Small Business and Trademark Clinic as an Associate Member of the State Bar of Texas.
