Biography
Erica Penn-Mensah is an associate in the Finance Practice Group in Haynes Boone's New York office.
She primarily assists buy-side clients negotiating a wide range of trading documentation to facilitate over-the-counter derivative instruments, such as ISDA master agreements and collateral arrangements, trade confirmations, tri-party custody arrangements, prime brokerage agreements, futures and swap clearing agreements, margin lock-up agreements, repurchase agreements (MRAs) and master securities forward transaction agreements (MSFTAs). Erica regularly advises clients on regulatory compliance related to the Dodd-Frank Act, uncleared margin rules (both CFTC and SEC) and the treasury clearing rule. She also assists clients with complex structured financing transactions (LTRS and repo facilities).
