Maria Parker
Biography
Maria Parker is an associate in the Finance Practice Group in the Charlotte office of Haynes Boone. Maria represents financial institutions, investment firms and corporate clients in a variety of lending transactions, including syndicated credit facilities, subscription secured finance and acquisition financing. Outside of the firm, Maria serves on the board of directors of Wayfinders, a not-for-profit organization in the Charlotte area which is committed to offering students summer camp experiences, year-round enrichment programs and mentoring relationships.
