Biography
Meghan O’Reilly is a counsel in the Finance Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s New York office. She has spent the last two decades representing fund finance and other finance clients.
Meghan's practice focuses on commercial finance work, with extensive experience representing lenders on capital call facilities, management company loans and all products relating to the banking needs of private equity funds, as well as other asset-backed finance transactions, including real estate loans. She has a long history and deep relationships in the fund finance industry and has served as the key advisor in assisting banks with establishing new fund finance product lines. Meghan is also a regular advisor to banks on alternative and creative fund finance structures and in addressing the challenges posed by variations in fund documentation.
