Mark Nesdill
Biography
Mark Nesdill is an associate in the Finance Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Charlotte office. He advises banks and other financial institutions on structuring, negotiating and documenting subscription credit facilities, other secured and unsecured lending arrangements, management fee lines and other fund finance products.
In addition to Mark’s experience as a finance attorney, he is extremely knowledgeable about documentation governing private investment vehicles, including governing agreements, side letters and subscription agreement.
