Fernando Mendez is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group in Haynes Boone's New York office. Fernando’s practice includes representing owners and lenders in connection with financing, acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial and corporate real estate projects. Fernando’s practice also includes drafting, reviewing documents, and representing owners and tenants in connection with the leasing of commercial and corporate real estate projects.
Fernando Mendez, in addition to being passionate about client work, is also passionate about pro bono matters and recently won an asylum case for a client and their family.
