Roland Macher

Roland Macher is a counsel in the Real Estate Practice Group in the Charlotte office of Haynes Boone. Roland’s practice is focused on real estate finance transactions for investment banks, private equity firms, and institutional lenders. His practice focuses on the origination, structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex financial arrangements, including mortgage and mezzanine construction loans, bridge and balance sheet financing, securitized loans, and preferred equity investments. Roland’s experience spans the acquisition, development, redevelopment, and refinancing of diverse asset classes across the United States.
