Ashley Koos
Biography
Ashley Koos is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Dallas office. Her practice focuses on government investigations and white-collar defense, representing individuals and companies facing actual or threatened government enforcement actions. She has represented clients under criminal or civil investigation by various government agencies, including the U.S. Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission. Ashley’s practice extends beyond white collar matters to civil antitrust and commercial litigation.
Ashley graduated magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from The Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, where she served as Lead Articles Editor of the Pepperdine Law Review and co-chair of the Moot Court Team. While in law school, Ashley interned for International Justice Mission, a global organization that partners with governments around the world to combat human trafficking.
Prior to law school, Ashley served as a Teach for America corps member in Houston, Texas, where she taught middle school mathematics and English Language Arts.
