Biography
Grace Kaplow is an associate in the Energy, Power and Natural Resources Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Houston office. Her practice focuses on a variety of energy transactions, including crude oil, natural gas, traditional power, and renewable energy. She handles matters relating to the negotiation of complex commercial agreements, the acquisition and disposition of energy assets, and energy finance.
