Kirsty Harshaw

Kirsty Harshaw is a trainee solicitor in the Investment Management Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s London office.

Kirsty works closely with fund management teams and corporates on fund and carry scheme establishment and fund closings. Kirsty has also worked to support early-stage companies on ongoing corporate matters, conducting due diligence exercises and preparing relevant ancillary documents.

Prior to commencing her training contact, Kirsty worked as a paralegal in the investment management practice group at the firm.
