Ryan Gura
Ryan is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group in the New York office of Haynes and Boone. He has represented borrowers and institutional lenders in connection with the origination and restructuring of mortgage and mezzanine loans and the sale of those loans on the secondary market. Ryan also has experience in representing lenders in connection with the financing and acquisition of commercial real estate projects, including credit facilities, and represents commercial landlords and tenants in all aspects of commercial leasing.
