Biography

Tucker Guinn is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s New York office. During his time at Harvard Law School, Tucker interned on the Massachusetts Supreme Court for Justice Scott L. Kafker. Additionally, Tucker interned in the Special Prosecutions Unit for the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, as well as in the Public Corruption Division for the United States Attorney’s Office - District of Massachusetts. 

Tucker has experience representing clients in complex disputes across various industries. He represents companies in high-stakes litigation, including an international bitcoin mining dispute in the Southern District of New York and a rare earth mining company in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Tucker has also advocated for renewable energy and pharmaceutical companies in breach of contract and fraud cases. Furthermore, Tucker has successfully represented policyholders in insurance coverage disputes, including cases involving employment practices liability, firm production insurance and COVID-related business interruption appeals.
