Biography
Sarah Greibrok is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Palo Alto office.
Sarah has a general corporate and securities law practice, with an emphasis on the representation of emerging companies and venture capital funds. Sarah routinely counsels companies throughout their life cycle from company formation, through private financings to exit. She guides clients on M&A and other strategic transactions, corporate governance, and day to day corporate matters.
