Rachel Elkin
Rachel Elkin is pro bono counsel in Haynes Boone’s Dallas office.
She is responsible for coordinating the firm’s pro bono efforts across all 19 offices, including initiatives with existing firm clients, and she also works with attorneys on pro bono matters. Rachel provides pro bono legal services directly to those in need of legal assistance. Prior to joining Haynes Boone, Rachel was the Director of Legal Services at Genesis Women’s Shelter & Support in Dallas, where she represented survivors of domestic violence and managed the administration of the agency’s legal program.
