Biography
Kayla Culver is an associate in the Finance Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Charlotte office. She primarily represents financial institutions in fund finance transactions but also has experience in other financial transactions, including acquisition financing and letter-of-credit facilities.
Kayla was included in the "Ones to Watch" category of The Best Lawyers in America, Woodward/White, Inc., in 2023-2024. She previously worked as a staff attorney at the Supreme Court of South Carolina.
