Biography

Aishlinn Bottini is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group of Haynes Boone’s New York office.

Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. Aishlinn advises clients through all phases of litigation and works closely with clients to align litigation strategy with broader business goals. She is known for her collaborative style and ability to craft creative solutions to complex challenges. A former Division 1 athlete, Aishlinn brings her competitive edge to every case and representation. 

Aishlinn also represents pro bono clients in a variety of matters ranging from family court matters to Eighth Amendment violations.

Aishlinn began her career as a litigation associate in the New York office of a large international law firm. Aishlinn earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law where she was a member of the Order of the Coif and graduated magna cum laude. While pursuing her degree, she worked as an intern to the Honorable Paul G. Gardephe in the Southern District of New York. Aishlinn is admitted to practice in New York.

  • Advising a trustee of a multibillion-dollar offshore trust in the largest tax evasion case in U.S. history*
