Haynes Boone Lawyers Contribute to the 2024 Edition of Environmental Law, Volumes 45-46 of Thomson Reuters Texas Practice Series

February 20, 2024

Haynes Boone Senior Counsel Jeff Civins, together with Lyn Clancy and Aileen Hooks, edited the Texas Environmental Law treatise, a project of the State Bar of Texas – Environmental and Natural Resources Law Section (ENRLS), which has been published and updated annually since 1997.

Haynes Boone contributors include Partners Mini Kapoor, Michael Mazzone, Mary Mendoza, Adam Sencenbaugh, Leslie Thorne, Associate Andrew Van Osselaer, and Civins.

Written by more than 40 Texas experts on environmental law, the treatise covers virtually all aspects of environmental law with Texas-specific in-depth coverage. Its practice-oriented design makes it easy to find answers to questions involving Texas environmental law.

The treatise includes sections providing an overview of Texas environmental law, regulatory framework, agency structure, administrative procedures, and enforcement, as well as sections dealing with Texas pollution and other environmental programs, and the regulation of specific substances and activities. It also contains sections on private causes of action and concludes with sections on practical applications, in particular, environmental aspects of business transactions, insurance, ethics, and ESG.
