In its annual Corporate Deal Tracker report of M&A activity, The Texas Lawbook ranked Haynes Boone as the 10th most active deal firm in 2021, working on a total of 37 transactions over the course of the year.
The Lawbook rankings count deals in which Texas lawyers played a significant role on behalf of principals or third parties.
