Patexia’s 2024 CAFC Intelligence Report ranks Haynes Boone’s Federal Circuit Appellate Practice Group third out of over 1,000 firms presenting in the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC) based on number of cases and success rate. The highly ranked practice is also 11th overall based on the number of cases it handled for both appellees and appellants.
Additionally, Partner Debbie McComas ranked third and Associate Angela Oliver ranked fourth overall.
To create its report, Patexia reviewed 3,424 CAFC cases originating from district courts, the International Trade Commission and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
