Haynes Boone Represents Liberty Energy Inc. in Purchase of Siren Energy

April 13, 2023

A Haynes Boone deal team represented Liberty Energy Inc. (“Liberty”) in its purchase of Siren Energy Companies LLC (“Siren”), a Permian-focused integrated natural gas compression and compressed natural gas delivery business.
