The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) has selected three Haynes Boone associates to participate in its 2025 Fellows and Pathfinders Programs. Tracey Parker and Angel Rendón are both Pathfinders, while Kristina Pierre-Louis is a Fellow.
The LCLD Pathfinders Program is a seven-month professional curriculum designed to train high-performing, early-career attorneys on foundational leadership and relationship building. It helps participants develop and leverage professional networks, leadership skills and career development strategies. The Fellows Program lasts a year and is designed for the legal industry’s leaders of tomorrow to interact with key legal and business leaders of large U.S. corporations.
Parker is a Dallas associate in the Haynes Boone Capital Markets and Securities Practice Group. Her practice encompasses a broad range of corporate and securities law matters, including advising publicly traded companies on SEC reporting and compliance, corporate governance and general corporate matters.
Rendón is a New York finance associate. His practice focuses on the representation of borrowers and lenders across a diverse spectrum of financial transactions, including leveraged acquisitions, subscription finance, net asset value facilities and syndicated lending.
Pierre-Louis practices with the Haynes Boone Litigation, Insurance Recovery and Trials Groups in Dallas. She represents individuals and businesses in high-stakes civil disputes spanning a wide range of industries.
Parker, Rendón and Pierre-Louis join the ranks of many other Haynes Boone LCLD Fellows and Pathfinders, including last year’s participants: Counsel Karina Oshunkentan and Associates Colin Giuseppe Cox and Chelsi Vial. The firm is also the proud recipient of years of recognition from LCLD, most recently having received the Compass Award for leadership in inclusivity in 2024 and 2023.
LCLD is an organization committed to ensuring all talent thrives, with the ultimate goal of building a more equitable and diverse legal profession.
